Thanks to GoFundMe donations over 2,600 hot meals have been given to frontline workers in New York City.

Organized by Liberty Fashion & Lifestyle Fairs (a producer of premier fashion trade shows and events: Liberty Fairs, Cabana, Capsule, and ENVSN), 100% of the proceeds from the GoFundMe donations are going towards their restaurant partners in the preparation and delivery of meals to the hospitals that currently need it most.

This one initiative doubly helps healthcare workers as well as small businesses -- both being negatively affected by the crisis.

Frontline healthcare workers are working long hours, often at risk of their health and safety. Many are so swamped that they do not have the time to properly feed themselves.

Whereas many small businesses have needed to close their doors, or else are experiencing such economic losses that it's unsure that they will have a future. Here, with the GoFundMe campaign, donations can help both the frontline workers and small businesses.

The funds are being disbursed to local restaurants, that are then creating tasty, nutritious food for healthcare workers.
