Diesel and Coca-Cola launch The (Re)Collection

30 September 2019

This fall, the two iconic brands have joined forces to create The (Re)Collection: a trendy capsule collection made from recycled materials.

Available from October 7, from selected worldwide Diesel stores and online, The (Re)Collection aims to raise awareness amongst consumers of the importance of recycling.

On Saturday, September 28, during the closing days of Paris fashion week, Coca-Cola and Diesel unveiled The (Re)Collection, a bold new capsule collection made from recycled materials, available in presale not only at Galeries Lafayette in Paris, but also online, thanks to a new, creative initiative: from September 27, consumers and stylists across the world can discover and purchase the entire collection on a hidden part of the diesel.com website, just by scanning any logo with a 'Recycling' symbol. The Paris launch is the first of a series of events which will take place across the world, including in London, Berlin, Milan, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Peking, Amsterdam and New York.
A product of the union between two brands with strong identities and philosophies at their core: Coca-Cola, known for celebrating togetherness, sharing, and inclusivity; and Diesel, known for its ability to audaciously break convention. The (Re)Collection brings together Diesel's laidback apparel aesthetic and Coca-Cola's iconicity in a set of 12 essential, trans-seasonal pieces.  Alongside ready-to-wear unisex pieces (a jacket, tracksuit, sweaters, t-shirts, pants and shorts), the collection also features black men's swimming trunks with an adjustable tie waist, and a backless women's swimsuit, available in black or white, both pieces of course adorned with the Diesel/Coca-Cola logo.
