Having already worked for a small lingerie company, Devica was familiar with the top European brands but, as an experienced bra fitter, she was aware that these would only meet the needs of half of her client base. Today, Diva Lingerie & Swimwear is one of the biggest lingerie businesses in Winnipeg. Opulence is created throughout the now, much larger store by elegant, crystal chandeliers, lavish pillow top walls and an abundance of natural light from custom-designed floral frosted windows. The extensive product range, offering everything from lingerie to accessories, offers an assortment of styles in order to meet the diverse needs and wants of Diva's clients. The products on offer are showcased on mannequins, wooden cabinets and light chrome fixtures, with the hottest trends being displayed throughout the store. The store is known for the special relationship it shares with its clients, some of which are third-generation customers. Complimentary bra fitting is available and each customer receives personalized offers which highlight the promotions, events and up-coming products that are the most suited to their unique needs, while local radio, newspapers, social media and billboards are used to reach out to new customers.
