Located in Stockholm’s prestigious Östermalm district, Birger Jarls Under is a refined boutique offering a haven of softness and confidence. Founded by Theodora Chahine, who grew up in the lingerie retail industry and later gained experience at the renowned NK department store, the boutique reflects her values of intimacy, genuine warmth, and personalised customer service.

Theodora opened her first store in 2009 and expanded and redesigned it in 2024. The boutique features an elegant, welcoming interior with neutral tones, fresh flowers, black-and-white photography, and spacious fitting rooms decorated with Jean-Paul Gaultier floral wallpaper. Its carefully curated selection includes lingerie, homewear, and swimwear, prioritising quality, comfort, and durability. Beyond its products, the boutique stands out for its personalised service. Theodora and her team of five build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty through attentive care, social media engagement, and special events.
