BUSTED LADIES LINGERIE

In 2008, Sherry Gummow decided to start a bra fitting store, wanting to “keep it local,” she opened in a small town, in rural Alberta, Canada, with a population of only 7,229 people. Since then, Busted Ladies Lingerie has staked its reputation on “proper fit.” Sherry and her team educate their customer as to why they’re wearing the incorrect size, they explain the different types of bras available, and provide them with options. "We are actively involved in our community via sponsorships, donating to fundraisers that support local non-profits and community causes, collaborating with other small businesses to promote entire town & events within our boundaries."

LACE LINGERIE

Kyong Hoo Hong started the lingerie business 30 years ago, when she started her business she carried Korean brands. In the last three years, however, she has been changing her business to carry more high-end brands. Located in Los Angeles, California, Lace Lingerie is known for its popular products preferred by the shoppers at Korea Town Plaza in Koreatown.

LIA LUSH INTIMATE APPAREL

Lindsay Hyle and Dani Mountain’s initial plan was to add a small shopping area inside the photography studio, but once they started talking about the possibilities, they found that people wanted more. They wanted good, everyday bras and panties along with the fun, sexy things. They also wanted high-quality swimsuits. But most importantly, they wanted a place where they could go to get a professional bra fitting, in a classy, comfortable environment. Dani and Lindsay felt the need to provide this service. With Dani’s creative vision and Lindsay’s business acumen, Lia was born. "We provide full-service bra fittings along with full customer service for your entire visit to our store. Once you are in our dressing rooms, we don’t want you to have to re-dress to find another size or color. We are there to help."

SWEETEST SIN

In 2009, Angela Courtney opened a bra-fitting and lingerie boutique in the heart of Red Bank, New Jersey, and filled a niche for the women in the area and across New Jersey in general. Sweetest Sin Boutique is known for its unsurpassed customer service and knowledge. Customers come from all over the tri-state area, and beyond, mostly based on referrals and word-of-mouth, a result of the reputation Angela and her team have built. "In the ten years we’ve been in business, what we take pride in the most is our customer service. Guests always tell us how comfortable they are here & how much our bra-fitters have helped them. Word of mouth has been our greatest advertising tool. Most of the women who shop here are regular customers and are always sending in friends & family."

BRABARY

Located in Barrie, Ontario, Brabary is known for its professional and personal fittings. Jane DeCola and her team treat each customer with the utmost respect and honor. Brabary is committed to providing the sense of “I’m worth it” to all women of all ages by providing excellent service and top-quality brands. "Over 15 years ago I used to travel in excess of an hour to buy my bras. I am a specialty size by mall standards and there wasn’t a store in our community that carried the products I was looking for. I felt I couldn’t be the only woman in our community with this problem, so I decided to follow my passion. My goal was to provide a professional fitting and an individual client experience offering the best products in the industry. There is nothing more rewarding than sharing our clients’ experience as they blossom like a flower in the changeroom, when they are being professionally fitted for a bra, breast prosthesis or swimwear."

KNICKERS ‘N LACE

In 1991, Ronna Johnstone purchased Knickers ‘n Lace with the intention of building a local business that provided the best in lingerie, in all shapes and sizes, for the women of Calgary, Alberta.
