NILIT and TIBA Win an ISPO Textrends Top 10 Award

Twice a year, ISPO recognizes innovative fabrics and components that are used to manufacture sports apparel with ISPO Textrends. The ISPO fair and its jury of experts uncover the biggest innovations from the manufacturers in the sports sector, classified by several categories. This year, NILIT, a leading global manufacturer and marketer of premium Nylon 6.6, and Tiba Tricot, an innovative Italian manufacturer of knitted fabrics, have been awarded an ISPO Textrends Top 10 in the Base Layer Category. The award-winning fabric combines the softness and athletic performance benefits of Sensil Innergy premium Nylon 6.6 with Tiba’s knitting and fabric design expertise. The resulting fabric is said to be ideal for base layer applications as it is both light-weight and soft against the skin. The Sensil Innergy design is also said to effectively reflect energy back to the body and invigorate muscles for improved athletic performance and recovery as well as to reduce the appearance of cellulite.Alongside the other products selected by the jury, this innovative base layer fabric will be on show at the Forum ISPO TexTrends at the ISPO show in January 2018.
