New Aquisition for European Lingerie Group

A family-run business founded in 1990, and with a current staff of 66 people, Yustyna Ltd produces ready garment underwear for well known brands in Belarus. Bought by ELG in January 2019, the company has been renamed Senselle Ltd,  after the latest edition to the group's brand portfolio, Senselle by Felina, which was launched at the end of 2018. With this latest acquisition, the group aim to move the entire production for Senselle by Felina to Belarus, making the most of its proximity to the product's target market (Eastern Europe and the CIS countries). The new site will also allow European Lingerie Group to expand their operations and add capacity for private label production.

 The acquisition will not impact the profitability of the group in 2019, but it is expected to have a positive impact on production costs for ready lingerie in years to come. The transaction was completed using the Group's own resources, and the price of the sale has not been disclosed. The group also intend to use further CAPEX investments in order to update the machinery in the newly acquired unit.
