Tina Wilson: Intima Media Group’s Featured Artist for 2020
All-round creative Wonderwoman Tina Wilson began her career in intimate apparel when she graduated from Parsons School of Design and landed a design job at Christian Dior Lingerie. Her story went from high to high as she worked for some of the biggest names in lingerie, including Calvin Klein, Josie Natori, Donna Karan Intimates, Wacoal America, and Komar/Carole Hochman. Now, she works as an independent consultant and partner in the company Marronage, and for 2020 is also taking on the role of the featured artist for Intima Media Group!
With her finger firmly on the pulse of intimates’ trends, Tina’s illustrations bring to light the unique features of each piece, whether it be hosiery, lingerie, nightwear, or even ready-to-wear. Through her enchanting digital illustrations, Tina unites physical design details and the emotional effects of each ensemble, creating a whole world of fashion in each image.
As a further part of her dedication to the world of intimate apparel, Tina is also President of the Underfashion Club, a non-profit organization dedicated to awarding scholarships to students at the Fashion Institute of Technology in the intimate apparel field.
