CALIDA GROUP acquires Cosabella

Calida Group has taken over premium lingerie brand Cosabella thereby entering the American market and continuing to consolidate the underwear segment.

Calida Group has successfully completed acquisition of the premium American lingerie and underwear brand Cosabella. The acquisition of the internationally recognized and highly profitable company further strengthens the Calida Group’s position in its core intimate apparel segment and paves the way for the entry into the US market of the Calida and Aubade brands.
Calida Group’s proven brand expertise and the implementation of their strategy will unlock Cosabella’s growth potential in both the US and European markets. The transaction is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2022.
