“How 3D technology can help you reduce waste, costs and time", was the title of the conference followed by a round table animated by Francesca Spinetta, Editorial Director of Intima Media Group. On the afternoon of the trade show’s opening day, exhibitors and visitors had the opportunity to attend a presentation of the key themes analyzed in the latest issue of The Best of Fabrics magazine. 40 European manufacturers of materials and accessories - fabrics, lace and embroidery, printing - participated in the annual survey on the segment’s state of the art, addressing the themes of sustainability through innovation in production processes, fiber and yarn R&D, as well as standards and certifications. The look to the future that characterizes The Best of Fabrics' editorial stance highlighted the theme of 3D technology and the key role it will play in revolutionizing business workflow, helping to reduce time, costs and waste.
