Project Help Us Give to Honor Jockey International, Inc and Lenzing Fibers, Inc at 2017 H.U.G. Gala

Apparel industry executives from the retail, manufacturing and supply sectors will gather at New York City's luxurious Fifth Penthouse on November 1st to celebrate the 62nd Anniversary of Project Help Us Give. The funds raised will benefit Rusk Rehabilitation's pediatric programs and other children's services at NYU Langone Health. To date, the H.U.G. Gala has raised more than $6.5 million for Rusk pediatric rehabilitation and Tisch Hospital programs.

This year Honor Jockey International, Inc and Lenzing Fibers, Inc will be honored at the annual gala.

P-HUG President Clelia Parisi adds that, "We are celebrating Project Help Us Give’s  62nd year of making better the lives of those who cannot help themselves and giving hope to those in need. We will use the occasion of our November 1st H.U.G. Gala to give special thanks to our members, industry friends, past honorees and contributors for their continuing generosity.”

Project Help Us Give was established in 1995 and is currently a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Club’s annual fundraiser – the H.U.G. Gala, honors well-respected, high-profile companies and individuals and generates support for Rusk pediatric rehabilitation and Tisch Hospital programs. Rusk is among the most renowned centers of its kind for the treatment of adults and children with disabilities—home to innovations and advances that have set the standard in rehabilitation care for every stage of life and every phase of recovery.
